Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

You may use the Platform:

• As an individual user, or
• On behalf of an organisation (“Customer”)

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind such organisation to these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

3. Description of Services

The Platform provides tools for:

• Integration with third-party services (e.g., communication tools, project management tools, email services)
• Data processing, analytics, and productivity insights
• AI-powered summaries, recommendations, and related features

Features may change, evolve, or be discontinued at our discretion.

4. Integrations & Third-Party Services

The Platform may allow you to connect third-party services, such as messaging tools (for example, Slack), email providers (for example, Gmail and Outlook), project and productivity tools (for example, Notion, ClickUp, and Monday), calendars and file storage (for example, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and OneDrive), and meeting tools (for example, Zoom, Granola, and Fathom). The data we access and store depends on the integration you connect and the permissions you grant.

By enabling an integration, you authorise us to access and process data from that service as described in our Privacy Policy, and you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to grant such access.

You may disconnect an integration at any time through your account settings. When you disconnect, we will stop accessing that service and delete the data we have stored from the integration in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Items already created in the Platform, such as tasks, will remain in your account.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Your use of each integration is subject to that provider’s own terms, conditions, and API policies. For integrations with Slack, your use is also subject to Slack’s applicable terms and API policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful or unauthorised purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Access data without proper authorisation
• Use the Platform for hidden monitoring or misuse of third-party data
• Interfere with the Platform’s security or functionality

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. User Content

You may submit, upload, or process content through the Platform (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.

By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to:

• Process
• Store
• Analyse

such content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Platform. We do not use your User Content to train, fine-tune, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. You represent that you have the right to provide such content.

As between you and us, you own the outputs the Platform’s AI features generate from your User Content, and you are responsible for how you use them. Because of how AI works, similar outputs may be generated for other users. Outputs are subject to these Terms, including the AI disclaimer in Section 7.

7. AI Features & Disclaimer

The Platform may include AI-powered features. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are automated and may be inaccurate or incomplete
• AI outputs are provided for informational purposes only
• You should not rely solely on AI outputs for critical decisions

We disclaim liability for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs. Some AI features are powered by third-party AI providers. Any data processed by these providers is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and we do not permit them to use your content to train their models.

8. Fees & Payment

Certain features may be provided on a paid basis.

• Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be specified separately
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

10. Intellectual Property

• The Platform, including all software, design, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by us
• You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Platform
• No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access:

• For violation of these Terms
• For security or legal reasons
• Upon request by authorised administrators (for organisational accounts)

Upon termination:

• Your access will be revoked
• Integration data (including data from connected third-party services) will be deleted within 14 business days, unless retention is required by law.

12. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of outputs
• Compatibility with all third-party services

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you (if any) in the preceding twelve (12) months

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of:

• Your use of the Platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Unauthorised data access or misuse

15. Modifications to the Platform & Terms

We may modify:

• The Platform
• These Terms

Updated Terms will be posted with a revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Courts located in Pune shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
