Sub-processors

Taskory AI Pvt. Ltd.
1. Our Approach
Taskory engages a limited number of vetted third-party service providers (“sub-processors”) to help us provide the Platform. We minimise both the number of sub-processors we use and the data each one can access. For how we collect, use, and retain data generally, see our Privacy Policy.
2. Categories of Sub-processors
Our sub-processors fall into the following categories, each limited to the data required for its function:
- Cloud infrastructure, hosting, and file storage
- Authentication and identity management
- AI model providers, accessed through a gateway
- Service reliability, monitoring, and product analytics
- Transactional email delivery
3. Commitments Every Sub-processor Must Meet
- Bound by data protection obligations consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law
- Access limited to the minimum data required to perform its function
- Prohibited from using Customer Data for its own purposes, including advertising
- AI model providers must operate under zero-data-retention terms: content is used only to generate the immediate response, is not stored at rest by the provider, and is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any model
OAuth tokens for connected integrations are managed on Taskory's own infrastructure and are not shared with any sub-processor.
4. Requesting the Detailed List
Customers who require the current list of sub-processors, including names and processing locations (for example, for a vendor security review or data protection assessment), can request it by contacting us. We respond to such requests promptly.
5. Changes
We may add or replace sub-processors as the Platform evolves. Any new sub-processor is held to the same commitments described above before it begins processing Customer Data.
